Gas Engine Cylinder Head Temperature Problem

Hi friends, i m mechanical tecn, my problem that our gas engine(1065 kw jenbacher) cylinder temperature very high,checked all parameter fond ok, when engine load up to 60% load cylinder temperature shoot, please help me

Does only one cylinder show a High temperautre, or all of them? Are they all similar.

If it is only one cylinder, exchange the thermocouple with another cylinder and see if the problem follows it. If it shoots up rapidly and inordinately high sounds like a bad thermocouple, how does it handle load.

does it is still alive "high temp prob??

it does come due to many reasons,

Electrically...

&

Mechanically...

did you check trend history?? when temp increases?? @ idle, under 40% load or after 70% load???
