What's gibberish about my asking the OP to explain himself more clearly?

This is just a case of accidentally replying to an individual post rather than to the whole thread. (Two different reply buttons.)

Thank you for clearing that up, you really are a great asset for this site. Did you ever think about working for the UN in a peace keeping capacity? Very very clever response and quite accurate and you probably figured it out all by yourself.

Thank you. I love sarcasm, if it is good.

Wonder what the maximum score is for "off topic"?

To date, 20,000 (I think), but it took a prankish Admin to do it.

See following link for ITP:

Not sure this is exactly what you are referring to, but neither are you. My wife had this many years ago, and her tongue swelled to quite a large size. Might explain your gibberish, though. Also, this is not necessarily an electrical issue but some members may get a charge out of it.

For those who are not so bright & like to add in many off topic suggestions about gibberish I suggest you read the question again but with a little more intelligence.

ITP = Inspection & Test Plan

QAP = Quality Assurance Plan

If you care to Google inspection & Test plans you will find many examples & templates that may do the job for you along with the quality plans.

Obvious when it is explained or obviuos that some among us don't use ITP's or QAP's - you won't get any of my work.
