Why all transmission voltages are multiple of 11?

i think not all all transmission voltage multiple of 11, there is 400 kv and it is not multiple of 11 thank you .

And how about others such as 120, 240, 380, 415, 4150, etc.?

One of the supposed historical answers was that 100 volts was a nice round number at the receiving end, with 110 being transmitted to allow for voltage drop. And then transformer multiples from there.

This question has been asked and answered a gazillion times on CR4.
