No. I don't know anyone who would design your product for free.

If the buyer has no idea of the product design, then how could you? Besides, most products worth their salt are patented and or copyrighted so you would be breaking the law in doing so, not to mention eating away at profits due to the originator of the product.

I would like to meet your buyer, who has contracted you to fabricate something for which he has no idea of the design. I have many very valuable things that I would like to sell him.

I'm sure every company posts their propietary design drawings on line for anyone to copy, for free, you just have to know where to look. They probably even have a help dept. in case you get confused on your downloads. I'm not telling.

sri audhi, I have read your original post several times, and I have no idea what you are really after.

Are you making metal lunch boxes? This is as good a guess as any.

Hey,

I think there's an untapped market here that LynDoor Ind. could exploit.

The LynDoor® XCP 1000 Clairvoyant Product Design Software could be used to produce product specifications/designs before the buyer even knows he needs that particular product.

Unfortunately, it won't be free.

To Know... What?

08/25/2010 1:31 PM

Hey there partner:

You're right, we might be onto a winner here...

A quick internet search yields at least two similar mechanical devices: a Ouija Board, (already owned by Parker Brothers) and the Magic 8-Ball (already owned by Mattel).

Pending the development of the software, either one of these non-electric versions might be effective on this thread.

The particular drawings for the particular product are particular to it.

After looking at your previous questions on CR4............

I have a medium fabrication unit. just i want to develop my unit. How i can get fabrication jobs from big industries.

http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/56933

I am interesting to learn the basic information about some Mechanical engg products. shall get the detailed information on this site or any other learning sites are available. kindly send the information about the sites.

http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/57312

and re-reading this question a number of times I think you are after existing designs of other peoples products you can download off the internet and then manufacture to sell as your own. If this is the case then this is highly illegal due to copyright infringement, misrepresentation, misuse of standards marks and trademark labels, patent infringement, product counterfeiting laws, etc.

If you want to manufacturer someone else's design then you need to talk directly with the company or individual that owns the rights to that design to see if you can get a manufacturing licence (which you likely cannot for numerous business and engineering reasons I am not going to go into now).

You cannot copy someones product and sell it as your own.
