These are medium sized gen sets, I can't believe that someone would buy one without documentation, service manuals, etc. From past posts it would seem he has being playing about with the control board.

I'm afraid that to me it's a case of "You've bought it without understanding what you've bought, pay the man to get it fixed or buy a new one."
