I designed new Cartridge on which Insert is fixed. BHefore I used EN24. material. Result is ; now it's all rusted + chattering marks on the product.

What i though is materila that i choouse is not good. Could you please help.

The selection of grade of tool steel will be dictated by the working environment and application.

Maybe you should establish the reason for the fast corrosion first and then act upon that.
