Can any body provide links for distance learning/ training of older generations of electrician about new microprocessor control devices , their trouble shooting and repairs ?

Contact the suppliers of these types of equipment directly. Allen Bradley (usual disclaimer) for example run a number of training courses in the UK, and therefore probably worldwide.

how can you study distnace of electrical enginering, you must think about work shope course workes haow do you think about it, or how can you done it?
