What I mean to say is:-

It's bad practice to use acronyms without writing them out in full when first used.
So you should say Belt Driven Boiler Feed Pump (bdbfp) then we'd all know what you mean and you wouldn't get rude replies from grumpy cats.
Effective communication is important in engineering, so I hope you will use the above convention in future.

I suspect the OP fancies himself smarter than those of us who can't decifer his acronyms. And, OH SH**! I guess he is!

Dear Friend,

YOUR MESSAGE/POSTING is NOT clear. You have referred "How it is better then mdbfp.?"

In what context - you refer this.?

Certainly Motor Driven Feed Pump is better from THERMO DYNAMIC POINT of VIEW. But from any Power Problem, Turbine driven Feed Pump is better.

Both types have MERITS and DEMERITS. Be specific in your Quiery.
