Precast Plinth Beams

Is it possible to use precast plinth beams for a factory building. The building is nearly 100 mt X 30 mt size. We are planning to erect PEBs (pre engineered buildings) on the foundation.

Yes, it is possible, but it may not be economical. Retain an engineer to design the foundation to carry the loads of the PEB.
