Bagging Machine - Phospho Gypsum

Any experienced and reliable powder bulk handling equipment distributor can recommend one that will work. There are many manufactures and various types. The types of bulk baggers are usually applied based on the material properties.

Particle size, flowability, bulk density, compacted density, tendency to agglomerate, angle of repose, material hazard and other attributes will help narrow down the bagger type. Some types are: auger driven, compressed air driven (to fluidize the material) or all gravity operation.

If your phospho-gypsum is radioactive please study up. Only handle and distribute the stuff in a safe and approved manner.

Yes, I agree with Dave, its important to declare the physical properties of your product, density, powder, flakes, prills, particle size..etc and what is your budget do you want it cheap simple or full automatic. What is the capacity of the bagging machine per/min you want.
