We had pipe to pipe branch connection with stub end weld. RF pad is also provided. Now considering the scenario of having leakage of inner welding joint pressure will act on RF Pad. So how we can calculate strength of fillet weld of RF Pad to pipe .

Reinforcement pads are supposed to have a weep hole drilled in them so that no pressure is possible other than atmospheric.

RF is for what? Is it to prevent the leakage from damaged pipe? If yes, then it should be called cladding.

Normally RF is to support inner pipe (against failure) for higher pressure rating. Pressure between inner pipe and RF is atomospheric because peep holes are drlled on RF plate. So it can not prevent inner pipe leak. Peep holes are provided to give passage to the gases generated during welding. You can check with the designer, whether these can be blocked by welding again depending on service and operating pressure (you have not given both).

What is the connection of "pipe branch connection with stub end weld" with your question?

Rather than send everyone on a wild goose chase to look up something in a book they might not have, please quote the reference, at least if it is brief.
