For this and the companion thread on stainless circuit setters, it might be interesting to see the actual application, in case the valve is merely a superfluous add-on that just adds parasitic pressure drop to the system.

I realize full well that there is a whole discipline on Testing and Balancing, which is sometimes necessary, but not always.

Maybe you can kill two birds with one stone.
