How will I measure furnace negative pressure?

You can use a manometer.

You may want to look at low pressure gauges, seeing that the pressures for boilers/furnaces are relatively low. Have a look at Winters PLP Series (low pressure gauge):

Simple way is to use U-Tube mano meter.Other wise u can use differtial pressure gaue with low range.

You may use Draft Transmitter with range -50 MMWC to +50 MMWC with digital indication. With above transmitter you may see the furnace draft in the field as well as in control room by giving signal to Local indicator or DCS. Also you can see negative pressure or positive pressure inside the furnace.
