Qualifications for Soldering

Is there any procedure specification and qualification details for soldering work and similiar to welding / brazing done as per ASME Sec. IX (or) equivalent?

Assuming you are referring to solder for electronics, try IPC-610 and J-STD-011D (www.ipc.org)

I AM REFERING TO SOLDERING OF AUTOMOBILE RADIATORS MADE OF MILD STEEL SHEETS OF 1.6 TO 2.0 mm THICK.
