We have 6.5 km 1400 mm nylon conveyor belt , We handle most of fertilizer cargo like urea & Dap . we faceing that our most of belt fold & sway problem . any need special belt for this type cargo? what is permanant solution ?
How about some pictures so we can see the problem? Most problems with conveyors are lacing or alignment issues. As far as the belt being nylon you have to check it's compatibility with the material be moved.
