Which Pump Can be Used for Pumping Hot Liquid Soap?

I have hot liquid soap which temperature is around 100 deg C. I need a flow rate about 3 ton/hr. Please suggest me which type of pump i can use? I am not worried about the price but about the quality.

Gear pump. The pump may need to be heated if the soap when cooled will solidify. Gear pump materials may need to be changed if the soap has abrasive qualities in order to reduce wear. Seals can be changed to handle higher temperature. The 100° C temperature is low enough that standard seals would do though.
As your for your flow rate a ton is a measure of weight. Which we need volume.

GA, for mentioning the probable need for heated pump. Another option is a progressive cavity pump. More expensive though.
You might have an issue with product damage due to mixing action/shear of pump. Make sure mechanical agitation of produt is not a problem and adjust pump selection accordingly.

You haven't said if the pump will be flooded, or will need to lift the soap. Gear pumps are not self-priming.
When I first read your post, a peristaltic pump came to mind. They come in all sizes, will pull suction, and the working part can be matched to your application. I like them because they are actually fairly simple machines, and don't contaminate the product they pump.

Now we are using open impeller centrifugal pumps for this purpose but the mechanical seals we are using in these pumps are damaging too early & start leaking within very short time even with in 4/5 hrs.
Yes, i need to lift the hot liquid soap at a height of 18 feets.

Maybe a different style of mechanical seal should be used? What is causing the seal to fail prematurely? Perhaps heating the seal area might give longer seal life and eliminate the need for a new pump. Have a couple of good seal suppliers come in and make a recommendation. Years ago, I installed a steam cooled seal on a hot oil system that changed seal life from 2 months to 18 months. Even though the seal was more expensive, it was money well spent!
