Electrical System Planning Software

I am looking for software used for electrical system planning such as:

Generation system planning, transmission system planning, distribution system planning, tarrif calculation etc.

NAP - Network Analysis and Planning

NAP is a planning software for electric power transmission and distribution networks (HV, MV).

What you are looking for is called:

ELECT RICAL ENG I NEER 101(BSEE)

or


PROF FESSIONAL ENG INEER (PE)

Can be found after many years of study at many universities.
