	if you have enough strenth to do the expriment,it will be better .usually,we design it by experience.

	Consult ASME B16.5, select the Blind Flange according to your required pressure, hope it will help you

Plate thickness	tp
Thickness of pipe	tsr
Nominal DIA OF PIPE	NP
Factor of thickness of plate	kc	kc=0.33(tsr/t) min shall be 0.2
Inside diameter (mm)	ID
Internal design pressure	P	Mpa
Maximum allowable stress	Ss	Mpa
Joint efficiency	E	0.85
Additional length or allowance	A	3
