It depends on the manufacturer. Many AC MCCBs also have a DC rating.

The tricky bit is that quite often the voltage of your DC system is greater than the (per-pole) rating of the MCCB. It is then necessary to connect multiple poles of the MCCB in series to get the rating that you need.

I suggest you consult the technical data published my your MCCB's manufacturer, this should have the information that you need.

Two poles in series on the positive side and one pole on the negative side. But, please check with the manufacturer as to the reduced breaking capacity in DC.

Totally location dependent. Here in the US we are not allowed to break the grounded side, whether it's positive or negative.
