the Turbo charger, is a device having two fans on the same shaft, one is rotated by the exhaust come out from the engine, the other is to charge air into the engine to increase the combustion quality inside the engine, the engine with turbo charger having more power than the one doesn't have turbo if the size of the engine is the same. this operation causes a temp rise of the compresed air, which needs to istall a cooler to cool the air down before entring to the engine air manifold.
