Velocity Calculation - 40mm Orifice with 12 bar Pressure

i wanted to know what will be the velocity consideration for 40 mm orifice with 12 bar pressure.

What an idiotic question!

What the heck do you mean by "velocity consideration"? Average velocity? Maximum velocity?

You cannot calculate ANYTHING without knowing at least the density of the medium and the geometry of the orifice. Even then, there are many other things to consider.

The best way to find average velocity through an orifice is to measure it (bucket and stopwatch).
