Die Lip Build Up on Coating Line

We are running EMA resin on extrusion coating line and facing severe die lip buid up problem. Die buid up happen so frequently that we have to stop line after every 3,000 lft which affects our productivity. We tried lowering temperature which did not help. Any suggestions??

What TEMP do you call lower, do you have a water jacket and a chiller on the final stage?. What Shore grade are you using.. and what is your Melt temp.. Barrel pressure? What is the L/D of the barrel and how many heater zones.. How long did you dry the material? What Machine? What is the profile shape..how close to the screwpoint? This is basic stuff if you can provide it
