Which Material to be Used?

For pipe joints like SS elbow dia 76mm SMS, SS unions, Tees, concentric reducers what material should i use 304, 304L, 316, 316L?

It depends on how much corrosion resistance is needed for the fluid being carried, and then on the budget.

If you are meaning by SMS - Sanitary Manufacturing Standards which are piping with highly polished surfaces then I would suggest you use SS-316 / SS-316L. This gives better resistance against acids.
