Press-in-Piling in a Switchyard

A press-in -piling is about to be commenced very close to an existing 132kv switchyard,personally i think it is wrong to press-in-pile at the switchyard because of the noise and vibrations that is usually associated to pree-in-piling. I suggested bored cast-in-place piles.Please i need more points to drive my point home;any input will be highly appreciated.
