	dear sir i hope that you help me to know why the speed of the machine decreases when we increase the no. of poles. or what is the physical meaning of this.

	N=120f/P n=speed in rpm f=freq P= poles __________________ Correct Me If Iam Wrong, Suggestions/Recommendations needs to be verified before implementation
