Mobile Phone Based Gadget - Show Location

I am looking at importing Mobile phone based gadget that can be plugged into vehicles or any item and be able to show its location through either by dialing its corresponding number or otherwise (this gadget should have a SIM card installed as well for receiving and sending back signals). This gadget must be cheap as it does not need complicated control room equipment like existing vehicle tracking technology (though it is expected to pin-point its location). Anyone who knows or can refer me to a manufacturer of such equipment will be appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you at cr4

Back at work full time going on the second week. Modern medicine is great. Everybody is amazed that I'm up and around so soon. I had a good surgeon, too.
