40W / 110V Copper Choke

I am looking for a supplier of 40W / 110V copper chokes for tube light fittings in India. If someone can, please provide details.

When it started kochi to use 110 volt?...did you shipped 110 volt light fittings bymistake from saudiarabia???

Well 110 volt may exist in circuit with respect to voltage division rule.But why do you want copper ballast instead of electronic choke.
