What are the materials and manufacturing techniques that are used for the production of different parts of a turbocharger ?

Well, there's aluminum, rubber, steel, magic stuff, stuff too new to knew about. Someday we'll know.

Techniques are dependent on materials. And engineers.

They are put together by putters-together. Or is it putter togetherers?

Well first you turn, then you mill, then turn some more, then mill some more... and you use just about all the materials except wood, can't think a a turbocharger with wood in it.

what did you have in mind? Want to get into the turbocharger business?

hey im just asking wat processes are used, like for turbine housings i guess casting technique is used, what abt wheels ? im sure different materials r used for turbine wheel n compressor wheel
