Quiz on Mosfet

Sir,

I did not know how to solve a mosfet problem specified below, please help me with detailed solution as soon as possible

Problem :

Find the power dissipated in Ron, if the Mosfets are accurately represented by the switch resistor model, where the threshold voltage Vt = 2V and the on-resistance Ron = 100 ohm.

  • Do your own homework. CR4 is not a homework cheat site. While some here might relish the opportunity to sharpen up old rusty skills by working the homework problem, consider this and consider it well. Depends on how may beers Ron has had. Usually after the 5th one, Ron feels thoroughly dissipated.
