Polyethylene blowing is a mature technology, and machines to blow it can be bought in many places.

Usually the HDPE and LLDPE granule suppliers can suggest makers.

or google show millions.

Do you have any experience? Do you have any process experience? Some hint about your qualifications might help to explain why you would ask a rudimentary question of total strangers. Do you know anything, at all, about film blowing?

How tall is your facility?

There are many suppliers of used and new equipment. If you are serious about running blown film, the investment will be large. What size film would you like to make? What's the application?

BTW I think you want 5-20% LDPE in your blend not HDPE.

Hi!, blending 5 to 20% of LLDPE in HDPE will not be a problem and does not require any special machines. The machine you are using should be with screws to process HDPE. The die should be for processing HDPE as the gap is about 2/2.5mm and the die lip will be plain surface. In case of LLDPE it will be more than 3.5mm and a hump will be present at the die lip. If the die is not accepting blending of LLDPE you will get melt fracture on the film surface (rough surface). the blow ratio to be maintained for HDPE will be maximum 2. Bi, Ragotham
