F&G Devices

I am in power plant project, i am new to F&G devices. There are some devices for eg UV/IR detector with 4-20mA, I want to know weather this devices will have to be connected with shield wire normally we use for process Insruments. We are going to use pair & Triad cable for two & Three wire detectors with fire resistant outer jackets. Kindly clarify the same
