TRASNSFORMER GAUGE

IF I HVE A STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER FROM 220V TO 12V,IF I APPLY 12V ON ITS OUTPUT TERMINAL CAN I GET 220V FROM ITS INPUT TRMINALS?

Basically yes, if it is 12vac you are supplying. In terms of voltage ratio, transformers are theoretically reversible, but there may be some difference in efficiency.

With Constant Power you get 12 V with diff efficinecy.

Yes you can get 220 V on its input terminal but its current will decrease.
