Suitable Die Steel Material for Hot Forging Dies

kindly suggest me some suitable die steel material for hot forging dies as our die life is very less at present.

I'd suggest asking your supplier of steel.

He will recommend something that is more expensive than your current steel costs, but will probably last longer. So, it's up to you to decide which steel is the most cost effective. Long runs may justify more expensive steel, while small runs may be OK with the current steel.

You do not tell us your current steel grade, so how can we tell you what is "better?"

What is the failure mode of these dies that are failing?

What is the operating process/parameters that you are using?

What is the material that you are forging?
