Compute Current Through a Capcitor

11/25/2010 8:59 AM

Any guess how this peculiar capacitor will function? How to compute current through the capacitor? Let us assume AC voltage is V rms and frequency is f. Assume area of cross section as A and distance between the plates as d. Magnet has same area or even larger.

Looks crazy? But it is a real life requirement. It may be a conceptual capacitor or even resistor. How will you apply even ohm's law? Magnet may be hard ferrite or neodymium !!
