1) Contact your nearest place of higher learning.

2) Sign up for an "Electrical Engineering" program.

Hire an electrician.

You, obviously are not qualified to do this.

33/11 kVA can kill you PERMANENTLY DEAD!

When I see questions like this, I can feel the blood pressure rising.

How in hell do people think they can get answers to these things in simple forums?

For those that do this kind of work, it takes years of education, both in the class room and in the field.

And what the hell makes them think we're going to go and just give them simple to understand explanations in one paragraph?

Get a grip people, there ain't no easter bunny, and there's no free rides. Work for it like the rest of us have had to!

you are designing a single line diagram??...and want to include 33/11kVA transformer in that.!!! You can not design a single line diagram using rising busbar. busbar risers are used for power distribution, and not for desiging. You need theoritical knowledge or experience or some software for designing a electrical system for a building. You would never ask this question, if you had seen a single line diagram of power riser for a multistory building.

Hi! A belated reply.

For 11/0.415 KV or 11KV/415V Ttansformer (TX) of whatever VA (for e.g 1000 KVA), one could design a S.L.D. You must have the HV (11KV) incoming cables from an Electricity Authority. That be connected to the HV side of the TX. The LV side of the TX be connected to the LV switchgear (LV Panel) in the main LV Room. Since the current be more than 800A, ACB would be used in the incoming to LV panel. You could distribute to all floors via busbar riser or cables. Each floor SMDB be provided from the main riser through a tap off unit. SMDB then feed each DBs on each flat or premises. So HV incomer from Electricty Authority to HV side of TX, LV side of TX to LV panel. LV panel outgoing main riser to each floor SMDB. SMDB feeds each DB through cables. Hope that would help.
