could somebody help us out...we are looking for sites and links that would aide us regarding internal resistance of 3 phase motors...from 1 hp to 600 hp..any useful sites/links would be very much appreciated..

I doubt there is anything approaching a "universal" formula or reference guide at all. It is going to vary from one manufacturer to another, even from one motor design to another from the same mfr.

Maybe you could tell us why you want to know this.

You might get somewhat close by considering the FLA times the multiplier corresponding to the starting current code letter, and then using Ohm's Law.
