Contact the manufacturer directly.

Manufacturers lie about their products all the time to make a sale. They don't care at all about customer service once they have money in hand. What you should do is hire F®ed's instrumentation calibration service. For a reasonable fee we can test and verify all relevant parameters including pressure and temperature. For an additional fee all measurements can be NIST certified. (Don't contact them, they charge much more.)

redfred, I would like to approach you with a proposition:

LynDoor® Press is preparing yet another release of our wildly popular self help book, The CR4 Guide to Shameless Self Promotion. We have considered adding a chapter regarding instrument calibration, and I feel you may be just the person who is able to add considerably to both the content and credibility of the guide.

Please consider this proposition, and we look forward to your favorable response.

Oh goody goody goody.

I get to write a chapter. I get to write a chapter.

I have a question though. How can somebody using a pseudonym be really shamed?

Welcome aboard!

Our first printing (both copies) sold out in 114 days, and we anticipate an equally robust session with the second printing. Your contribution will most certainly improve these already impressive numbers.

Regarding shame: We are a little ashamed of chapter 75 of The CR4 Guide to Shameless Self Promotion. You see, it describes CR4 Rule #75; The chapter is one sentence long and contains no useful information. The shameful part? I put forth very little effort, provided very little information, and expected to be rewarded. However, we are not too ashamed to allow it to remain in the book.

Well, maybe we will reconsider.

Just out of curiosity, did you mean to say 'sensors' instead of 'senders'?

If so, that might make a big difference if you are searching for help.
