What does the term "Potyard" refers to?What are all the equipments covered in it?????

They are illegal in the US but I think Amsterdam tolerates them.

As far as equipment, I would assume like any garden, you would need soil, seeds, fertilizer, and perhaps grow lights and of course H2O.

Since you're posting under electrical i assume you are reffering to pot head yard?? If so , it refers to the arrangemnent frequently found at a power station, where the cables from underground are terminated on some insulator, and transferred to overhead lines.
