Capacitor Bank UPS Explosion

Hi,

I have found the explosion on capacitor bank component in UPS system,the load comsumpt of UPS is exactly an semiconductor,solid state relay ,drive.

so.,how do i could prevent form these

Solid state AC controls and capacitors do not play well. The fast rise time and non-linear current draw of solid state switching controls for things like SSRs and motor drives creates harmonics that can cause capacitors to over heat and swell. Eventually they can sometimes explode. Looks like you have discovered this the hard way...
