Tube to Tubesheet Expansion Joint Calculation

Please give me the tube to tubesheet expansion joint calculation(% expansion) formula. Also I want to know that for heavy thickness tubesheet can we do the mock-up with lesser thickness plate. If so tell me the minimum thickness of plate that can be used.

% expansion = (Tube O.D. after expansion - Tube O.D. before expansion) / Tube Thk. x 100%

Is this formula correct? Also tell me the % for light , medium & heavy expansion.
