Insertion & Retention Force Gage

I am looking for companies that make an insertion & retention force gage to check:

4.5N MAXIMUM INSERTION FORCE ON DIA .0369+.0001/-.0000 PIN PER IEEE STD 287-2007 AND

0.4N MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL FORCE ON DIA .0362+.0000/-.0001 PIN PER IEEE STD 287-2007

I could't find any companies for the gage so far.

It seems to be a "special". describe better the application and then you can obtaina good recommendation.
