12/16/2010 2:27 PM

A nicely done whimsical look at the mathematical function of Infinite Series through the eyes of a doodler.

Interesting, to say the least. Thanks for showing us.

It appears the narrator only draws two breaths during the entire 4:35 monologue. And where can I get a pencil that never requires sharpening?

The video's composer, Vi Hart, has done some other neat stuff in the blend of art, math, and music. See www.vihart.com or Google for more.

That was wonderful, thanks! I'll be sending that link to my son, who thinks of mathematics as the manifestation of evil. Maybe this will give him something positive on which to focus.

What else can you call people who have regular, meaningful conversations with cats, squirrels, aliens and other assorted varieties of life forms? Oh, I forgot vermin and grimlins.

Cheers all.
