I don't understand at all what you typed. I realize that English may not be your native tongue but I cannot help you when I do not know your problem. Clear concise communication is the most important part of all Engineering. If you will not show us the respect of even using our spell checker...

Somewhere I heard that the Third Reich was the final solution, but I would recommend that you not pursue this notion further.

You did not read right: it was not the final solution it promoted the "final solution" at a meeting at a lake shore villa near to Berlin.

Logic is a command given in the control circuit. Depending on how the program is written it will create an output to turn something on or off depending on your inputs.

Think of a fire alarm. All inputs are normal and as programmed until a fire starts and one of your sensors gets too hot. It immediately sends a signal to your program that there is a fire. Your program now sends out multiple outputs to flash bells and lights in your control room and reports to you where the fire is located. At the same time strobes both inside and outside of your building start flashing and a warning may come over your intercom system to tell employees to evacuate. These are positive outputs that turn things on. The logic may also shut things down such as conveyors so as not to transport the fire throughout your facility and ventilation to that particular room so no fresh air is allowed in to keep feeding the fire. The logic only shows you what is happening within the program. Your wiring schematics will show you how and where the wires get from the controllers to the pump and valves. The logic program will usually be labeled for inputs and outputs and what they control but not the actual wires leading to the devices, only the wire numbers for test purposes.

Hope that helps.

@Guest-

Well, it is not a simple procedure to write a logic. In order to make a logic for PLC you need to understand the process sequence first. One should be clear with the valve operations, flowmeters & other basic instrumentation. so rather than directly jumping to the programming it's better to get a clear understanding of basics.
