Use fractional distillation.

Equipment must be stainless steel due to the acidity of Acetic acid

I am not asking for chemistry.

Do U know how much is the cost of Acetic acid and what will be its recovery cost through distillation.

These things vary with local economic parameters, so any answer to such a question will have a severe local bias.

Economic evaluation at the location where this recovery is to take place will form the basis for an application for the capital needed to establish an appropriate facility. One must be prepared to carry out such an evaluation for one's self.

There are many process that recover Acetic acid as a by-product such as charcoal creation from hardwoods, oil refineries, etc. They all say that the recovery of acetic acid is the most profitable of all byproducts of the refining process. It has a high demand, easily recovered and purified. Besides the initial equipment, it is very cost effective to recover. To not recover it is more expensive in both disposal, and the environment.
