Please define a closed area. Many vacuum chambers (closed area) have absolutely no lighting at all or only the lighting from the glow of a vacuum gauge. Some insurance companies discount their robbery and liability insurance premiums for lighting a facility after the hours of normal operation (closed area) but this varies widely depending on the facility.
