Apparently, you may be able to get one through Mike Brown. It is worth reading the excerpt from his book, which indicates, correctly, that "miracle" carburetors do not change fuel consumption. A carburetor functions to provide the correct ratio of air to fuel: 14.7 to 1 (and slightly richer under full power).
