I do not know whether your question is genuine or you are making fun on me ?

Of late I find many guests enter into forum and make fun on others. It should be noted that we (people like me ) wanted to share our knowledge and experience to others by answering their questions.

Another trend I have noticed is many posters simply do not bother to revert back after trying out solutions ,at their end ,especially for the problems being faced by them on operation of DG sets/Transformers/breakers/motors/relays/PLC etc.

However coming to your problem, in India every state has got an authority called "Chief Electrical inspedtor to government" (CEIG), who certifies every electrical HT installation and issues a safety certificate. They have stipulated certain norms on clearances as per indian electricity rules. You have to follow these rules.

Dear Mr. saurabhpareek002,

I think you are in India and the IER defines various parameters from safety point of view and CEIG is the regulating authority who will inspect the electrical installation. If the instllation is in order, he will approve to energise the system, if any thing forund deviation, he will instruct to rectify and submit a compliance report.

How ever each country may have their own Rules and Regulations.

For general knowledge, pl refer here.

http://electrical-engineering-portal.com/safety-clearance-recommendations-for-transformer

You will find the following and more

Clearance Tables

1. Clearance from Outdoor Liquid Insulated Transformers to Buildings (NEC)

2. Clearance between Two Outdoor Liquid Insulated Transformers (NEC)

3. Dry Type Transformer in Indoor Installation (NES 420.21)

4. Dry Type Transformer in Outdoor Installation (NES 420.22)

5. Non Flammable Liquid-Insulated Transformer in Indoor Installation (NES 420.21)

6. Oil Insulated Transformer in Indoor Installation (NES 420.25)

7. Transformer Clearance from Building (IEEE Stand.)

8. Transformer Clearance Specifications (Stand. Georgia Power Company)

9. Clearance of Transformer-Cable-Overhead Line (Stand. Georgia Power Company)

If you search in google, you can get much more.

Refer relevant local regulations or installation code of practice - IEC or local standard. For India, refer Indian Standard 10028 Part -II & Indian Standard 1646
