I am not sure but I do remember seeing relay documentation on the Maintenance Geeks Download section. You could try there. If not you could email them I know that they are always adding to the download area. They may have it just not yet uploaded. I know I was looking for information on transfer switches and it was not yet in the download section but I posted on the forum and it was uploaded the next day. Just a suggestion.

You could also look at equipment produced by Doble Engineering and Megger. Both of them have been in the test equipment business for a long time.
