T = torque
L = length
W = width
H = height of product
ρ = density of product
r = radius of belt over drive pulley
c.f. = coefficient of friction of belt on conveyor bed
s.f. = service or safety factor

In this Gear box output rpm will invloves or not ? I didn't understand about Heigth , density of product , service factor and coefficient of friction of belt
Pl find the details of gear box and conveyor we are using & pl suggest to calculate torque.
Geared motor details:
Power - 4 Kw
Out put rpm - 60.9 rpm
Conveyor length - 13.5 meters (1350 mm).
Conveyor width - 900 mm

Density of product means whether the product which is being transferred or the belt. And Coefficient of friction between the drive roller & belt or Conveyor & the belt.
Pl clarify

A very simple tool for answering such questions yourself is to simply consider the two extremes.
What is the load of a zero length conveyor belt?
What is the load of an infinitely long conveyor belt?
Are they the same?
