PWSlack is correct. The device that the drives run needs to be explained. Pumps is there a blockage in a line. Supply fans / Return fans is there duct separation. conveyors are the roller bearings failing on the tracks. Meg the motors is there an insulation brake down in the Bakelite?

Is this a gantry type of machine? If so alignment between each side is critical. Could be slop from wear or crash.

Need more info on configuration.

Are the drives slaved on analogue signals - if so, noise on this line could cause jitter resulting in higher motor currents.

Has a shield to wiring got disconnected? Is there a soft analogue filter you can esaily adjust to a longer timebase?

If you check the reference signal, and it is changing alot, this should be the problem and the drive is trying to follow it doing more work.

If the reference is steady but the output varying alot, there may be a setup problem in the VFD control or its feedback from the motor.
